Camden, New Jersey
Camden is the third most crime ridden city in America. There are pockets in Camden of refuge and joy. Two that I am connected with are Urban Promise School, www.urbanpromise.com, and the Camden Children's Garden, www.camdenchildren's garden.com. My daughter celebrated her fourth birthday there.
